Here are a few links to only a small part of the work Harold has done trying to counter the illegal alien invasion. We haven't been large on recording...I/we might carry a camera and get so caught up in what we're doing we don't even think to capture it....

Group to hold October anti-illegal aliens rally

Citizens Against Illegal Aliens, a Southwest Florida grassroots organization formed in response to recent immigration reform, is hosting an anti-illegal immigration rally in Fort Myers in October.

The organization has more than 200 members in the Southwest Florida area, said president Harold Poole.

“A number of (elected representatives) don’t seem to think that we have a problem and we’d like to prove otherwise,” Poole said. “I’m hoping to show that we have enough community interest that’s going to press upon our local officials that we do need change.”

Organizers say six presenters have been confirmed to speak at the rally: Tom Macklin, Reform Party candidate for Florida lieutenant governor; Andy Anderson, Palm Bay city councilman; Gerard David Jr., no party affiliation candidate for Lee County Commission; Dave Caulkett, Floridians for Immigration Enforcement; Joyce Tarnow, Floridians for a Sustainable Population; and Mike Jarbeck, Florida Minutemen Civil Defense Corps.

CAIA will said it will present its “Close the Borders, Stop the Disorder” petition to local and state representatives. Poole estimated more than 2,000 people had signed, but the organization is hoping for 10,000.

Group plans Fort Myers rally against illegal immigration
Americans Standing Tall has a message to lawmakers and locals: The line has been drawn. "Instead of sticking our heads in the sand, I like to say we've drawn our line in the sand," said Americans Standing Tall President Harold Poole. "We just feel our country is being invaded by an illegal group of people who really have no right to be in this country ... We can't just pick and choose which laws we choose to enforce and which we choose to ignore." The 27-member anti-immigration group formed shortly after the April 10 rally in Fort Myers, which drew out an estimated 75,000 to 80,000 protestors who balked the strict immigration laws churning through the Senate. Americans Standing Tall hopes to show in its July 1 "Citizen's Day Rally" on the steps of the Fort Myers City Hall that there is another voice in this debate -- and it's saying illegal immigrants need to pack up and ship out.

Hi Jim, Thanks for the post.

Indeed, I agree with your statement. There are times that perhaps I don’t express my points clearly. I must assume the “liberal” you refer to is my husband, because that’s how I dubbed him in the “About” post. What I tried to convey is what I perceived as "liberal", (from years of very conservative conditioning), was not liberalism at all, but rather, healthy awareness. He has simply not been deceived by dogma, under any "banner" or guise, but is quick to “see through” (the 36 years I've known him) attempts to dismantle our freedom, liberty or Constitution, under any false guise for "security" or any other rationale. Known to “set straight” socialist slants in HS, college, well aware of the sacrifice of "individual freedom" to proudly serve this country in a career with our armed services, and continued vigilance toward local, federal governments, and anyone else who dared tread on that great blueprint bestowed on us by our founders.

My further point was; somewhere along the way, Americans have been lead to believe this "vigilance", healthy skepticism, and desire to know & bring to light "truths", rather than blindly accepting what we are told and run with the pack, has become termed as "unpatriotic", and these "rebels" deemed UNAmerican. This is the “spell” I had fallen under and believed. These questions, dissents, arguments and debates caused me to dig deeply for greater knowledge & understanding not only into present day politics, but to revisit history, and probably just as importantly, examine myself, thoughts, and perceptions. By many of today's propagandist standards, our founders would be considered "unpatriotic" and "UNAmerican". I believe the “influence” is more deeply ingrained than by the obvious “socialists”.

After close investigation we are neither Republican or Democrat, we are American, first, last and foremost. That is what I was trying to convey.

Happy to hear your proud "hats"! If you have any question about our position, check our main site: http://groups.msn.com/CitizensforComprehensiveGovernmentReform/illegalaliens.msnw

Since we seem to agree on those 2 things; I assume again, a proud border patrol supporter would signify this country's sovereignty is important to you? If so, then please check out the Council for Foreign Relations (CFR) and see if we agree that they signify and propagate a socialist & globalist agenda pervading this country with appendages (Ford Foundation, Carnegie and others) that infiltrate, (including but not limited to), education, media, many organized religions, as well as many members within our own government body. If one also follows their ties to Bilderberg & Trilateral Commission, they see many Republican & Democrat 2008 Presidential candidates have close ties within. You might be surprised who you find. While some sport these "credentials" proudly, others are much more clever & discreet and may require some digging.

Would you agree that a "globalist" agenda, which encompasses the erasure of sovereignty, & "collectivism", the notion which precludes "individual rights" is ultimately socialist or at least completely in direct dispute with our US Constitution?

Close inspection of Presidential candidate’s records and backgrounds, for that matter, many within our government body, show their “actions” dispute, defy, negate or erode those documents & principles they swear an oath to uphold & protect, that in this country, guarantee not only our God given, inalienable rights, but this country's Republic?Whether through ignorance or by intentional design, without the awareness and vigilance of "the people" their actions will dismantle US.

Ciel,
You have discussions with a "liberal." Is it accepted that liberal is another word for socialist ? Would we agree that socialism is more than an a political position but is a means to expand government control over the populas ??
