Change for the sake of change is not necessarily a good thing. That’s how we got Obama. People were tired of the Bush era politics and were deaf, dumb and blind to any and all information exposing Obama for who and what he is, they were simply demanding “change”, and this is what we got.
Is it better? I can’t count the times I’ve heard, “you keep the change”. I guess there would be one consolation, just like politics as usual, bumper sticker and song slogans would also still apply.

A GOP nod for Newt as the nominee will finish off the Republican party. Not only would that be simply more of the same establishment BS, Gingrich is a Bush clone, and while a few hard line Neocons will defend that old boys club seemingly no matter what evil they do,they are the reason the Republican party lost a wide margin of it’s base support.

A Gingrich nomination will prove every bit as embarrassing and devastating to the Republican party as John McCain in 2008. Don’t you people understand American’s are sick and tired of the establishment status quo, UN (anti) American policies and political corruption? Newt Gingrich’s baggage and record proves he’s up to his eyeballs in all of it, he will not pull liberty minded and independent votes!

Did Andrew Breitbart Lay A Trap For Sherrod’s Fraud… Unbelievable!

Andrew Breitbart is a media genius.

He proved it originally with his brilliant handling of the ACORN ‘hooker’ scandal which he skillfully manipulated so that the corrupt media was forced, against its will, to broadcast corruption in one of Obama’s most powerful political support groups. But Breitbart’s handing of that affair is nothing compared to his brilliant manipulation of the Shirley Sherrod ‘white farmer’ scandal.

It all began last Monday, July 22, 2010. As the country watched in horror, Breitbart released a snippet of a tape on his “Big Government” site which showed an obscure black female official of the Dept. of Agriculture laughing to a roomful of NAACP members about how she’d discriminated against a destitute white farmer and refused to give him the financial aid he desperately needed. As she smirked to the room, she’d sent him instead to a white lawyer – ‘one of his own kind’ – for help. The black woman was Shirley Sherrod – and almost immediately she became the center of a firestorm of controversy which exploded throughout the country. Within a day of the release of that infamous tape, the head of the Dept. of Agriculture, spurred on by Obama, demanded – and received – Sherrod’s resignation. Breitbart had won.

But then seemingly Breitbart’s actions began to explode in his face. As Sherrod screamed in protest, FOX News released the entire text of her speech last March to the NAACP. And there on tape Sherrod was shown supposedly repenting of her racism against a white farmer and instead championing his fight to win funds to keep his farm afloat. Within hours of that entire tape being revealed, the entire world turned against Andrew Breitbart. Conservatives throughout the country were enraged that he’d endangered their reputations by releasing a ‘doctored’ tape. Breitbart, they thundered, had dealt a fatal blow to the conservative media. I confess that I also was horrified at what I saw as the clumsiness and stupidity of Breitbart in ‘doctoring’ a tape to make a supposedly innocent woman look guilty. But now I discover I have been as guilty of haste to judgment of Breitbart as the Dept. of Agriculture was of Ms. Sherrod.

Only now am I realizing the real purpose for Breitbart’s release of that tape snippet. It was to allow him to cunningly trick the media into exposing one of the most shocking examples of corruption in the federal government – a little known legal case called “Pigford v. Glickman”.

“In 1997, 400 African-American farmers sued the United States Department of Agriculture, alleging that they had been unfairly denied USDA loans due to racial discrimination during the period 1983 to 1997.” The case was entitled “Pigford v. Glickman” and in 1999, the black farmers won their case. The government agreed to pay each of them as much as $50,000 to settle their claims.

But then on February 23 of this year, something shocking happened in relation to that original judgment. In total silence, the USDA agreed to release more funds to “Pigford”. The amount was a staggering $1.25 billion. This was because the original number of plaintiffs – 400 black farmers – had now swollen in a class action suit to include a total of 86,000 black farmers throughout America.

There was only one teensy problem. The United States of America doesn’t have 86,000 black farmers. According to accurate and totally verified census data, the total number of black farmers throughout America is only 39,697. Oops.

Well, gosh – how on earth did 39,697 explode into 86,000 claims? And how did $50,000 explode into $1.25 billion? Well, folks, you’ll just have to ask the woman who not only spearheaded this case because of her position in 1997 at the “Rural Development Leadership Network” but whose family received the highest single payout (approximately $13 million) from that action – Shirley Sherrod. Oops again.

Yes, folks. It appears that Ms. Sherrod had just unwittingly exposed herself as the perpetrator of one of the biggest fraud claims in the United States – a fraud enabled solely because she screamed racism at the government and cowed them into submission. And it gets even more interesting. Ms. Sherrod has also exposed the person who aided and abetted her in this race fraud. As it turns out, the original judgment of “Pigford v. Glickman” in 1999 only applied to a total of 16,000 black farmers. But in 2008, a junior Senator got a law passed to reopen the case and allow more black farmers to sue for funds. The Senator was Barack Obama.

Because this law was passed in dead silence and because the woman responsible for spearheading it was an obscure USDA official, American taxpayers did not realize that they had just been forced in the midst of a worldwide depression to pay out more than $1.25 billion to settle a race claim.

But Breitbart knew. And last Monday, July 22, 2010, he cleverly laid a trap which Sherrod – and Obama – stumbled headfirst into which has now resulted in the entire world discovering the existence of this corrupt financial judgment. Yes, folks – Breitbart is a genius.

As for Ms. Sherrod? Well, she’s discovered too late that her cry of ‘racism’ to the media which was intended to throw the spotlight on Breitbart has instead thrown that spotlight on herself – and her corruption. Sherrod has vanished from public view. Her ‘pigs’, it seems, have come home to roost. Oink!

I saw a cartoon the other day depicting members of the Obama administration hanging upside down after Arizona Governor Jan Brewer said; “It seems like the whole country is upside down”. I couldn’t agree more Jan, this country is being turned into hell.

“We the people” need to stand up for ALL our rights or we will lose them! Christians need to fight for thier religious freedom rights, or we will lose them! This country was founded by men who craved the right to worship as they pleased despite the King’s rule. Now, just over 200 years later, has the crown retaken the colonies?

This is not a problem that just started and it shouldn’t come as a surprise to Christians after prayers were banned in public schools. I have always wondered why the Christian’s haven’t fought against this harder.
This is the evil the Bible speaks of when it says “to put on the whole armour of God” for the battle. This is it folks! It was pure unadulterated evil that drove Hitler to mass murder the Jews. Are we going to allow America to falter into a dictatorship where we may have to face similar types of persecution as countries who do not have FREEDOM?

Following is the appeal I sent out today. You decide. Even if you aren’t Christian if you know anything about liberty you know you need to sign this petition to preserve each and everyone’s rights under the US Constitution. Representative Joe Hackney (D-NC), Speaker of the North Carolina State House, has banned the word “Jesus” as illegal speech during public prayers offered by volunteer pastors before legislative meetings.

Pastor Ron Baity, the one who dared to utter the “offensive hate-speech” by saying the name Jesus, confirmed a Fox News Report entitled “Pastor Yanked from Capitol Over ‘Jesus’ Prayer” which reports the Pastor was relieved of his duties as an honorary chaplain of the state house of representatives after he closed a prayer by invoking the name of Jesus.

“I got fired,” said Ron Baity, pastor of Berean Baptist Church in Winston-Salem. He had been invited to lead prayer for an entire week but his tenure was cut short when he refused to remove the name Jesus from his invocation.

Baity’s troubles began during the week of May 31. He said a House clerk asked to see his prayer. The invocation including prayers for our military, state lawmakers and a petition to God asking him to bless North Carolina.

“When I handed it to the lady, I watched her eyes and they immediately went right to the bottom of the page and the word Jesus,” he told FOX News Radio. “She said ‘We would prefer that you not use the name Jesus. We have some people here that can be offended.’”

When Baity protested that he himself would be offended if the government ordered him to deny Christ, she brought the matter to the attention of House Speaker Joe Hackney personally.

Speaker Hackney then decided to disinvite Pastor Baity, that he could pray that day only, but would not be allowed to pray again in the future, and the pastor’s services were terminated for the remainder of the week, because he prayed “in Jesus’ Name.”

Hey Congress! Jesus is not an illegal word, the Bible is not a banned book, and evangelistic speech is not a crime. Please respectfully demand that our Congress uphold the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, and the North Carolina Constitution which says in Articles 13 and 14, “All persons have a natural and inalienable right to worship Almighty God according to the dictates of their own consciences, and no human authority shall, in any case whatever, control or interfere with the rights of conscience. Freedom of speech and of the press are two of the great bulwarks of liberty and therefore shall never be restrained.”

The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals has specifically authorized legislatures to PERMIT prayers offered “in Jesus name,” (while not forcing all prayers to conform to a formula) as former Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor wrote in Turner v. Fredericksburg: “the Establishment Clause does not absolutely dictate the form of legislative prayer. In Marsh, the legislature employed a single chaplain and printed the prayers he offered in prayer books at public expense. By contrast, the legislature in Simpson allowed a diverse group of church leaders from around the community to give prayers at open meetings. Simpson, 404 F.3d at 279. Both varieties of legislative prayer were found constitutional.”

Since the courts do not REQUIRE you to ban “Jesus” as an illegal word, and the Constitution does not PERMIT you to ban “Jesus” as an illegal word, we must request they reverse the ban, and restore to all pastors the RIGHT to pray “in Jesus name” even in public forums like the Statehouse. PLEASE REVERSE THE BAN and PROTECT FREEDOM.

Regardless of your religious persuasion, it is important that we not allow our government to go unchecked and crazy with power, eroding our freedoms and shredding our Constitutional rights. Our current Legislative and Executive branches of government ( aided and abetted by the mainstream media, the ACLU and other unions), are doing just that, in a very methodical and orchestrated effort. Each time they swing their ax we get one step closer to our tree of freedom falling down.

First, let me be clear. I believe in Capitalism 100%. But in America, The Land of Opportunity, does Capitalism really exist and did it ever, really?

According to history and as it repeats itself, Billionaires, in this country at least, are often made off the backs of the unsuspecting and from taxpayer subsidies. Just why do you think this country doesn’t teach people how to handle money in this government system they pass off as education? Maybe Henry Ford best answered that question with “If people understood how money works, there would be uprising by tomorrow morning.” That was nearly, if not, a century ago. As the “establishment” continues to work it’s magic dumbing down the population in so many various ways, there’s been no revolution or even revelation since the founding of this country.

Now, get ready for the newest “establishment” switch-a-(FU)roo, with a global currency to not only confuse the masses (again) but to gain complete control.

A Patriot’s Prayer

If our GOD given rights to liberty and freedom, which were the foundation upon which this nation was created do not exist, and liberty and freedom is only an illusion under which the American people suffer, then let the governments of this nation come forward and tell the people. But…if we are indeed free, then we should not have to plead or beg before our elected public servants to be treated as such. If, in truth we are not free, then perhaps it’s time to let the final chapter of the Great American Revolution be written……….

National Constitutional Convention

The below article was written just over one and half years ago. Looks like it’s time to brush it off and bring it back out. I guess this idea has been gaining momentum since that time and it certainly goes to show how the enemies of this country work and strive with due dilligence and patience toward the ruination of our beloved country and our freedom. Thanks again to Nuke for this wise and insightful article. He made some excellent points which this editor feels are important to repost and remind “We the people” about. After conversations like this with Nuke and others, including Ron Paul’s position,  I’ve come to realize how dangerous and risky such an action would be, I am not a “friend” of such an action and do not endorse it in any form.

This is in response to the FYI item in “What will you do for freedom?”

It’s probably fair to say that nearly everyone in the country is upset with some aspect of how it’s being run. So in the past couple hundred years, one answer has been to amend the Constitution. Some have given rights to people originally not entitled to them: women, negroes, 18-year-olds. Some have taken rights away, only to be again overturned, such as drinking alcohol. Some have directly changed the intent of the Founding Fathers: election of the President and Vice-President, direct election of Senators, and the establishment of the income tax (someone more knowledgeable than I can argue whether that really occurred). Some want to make an amendment to prohibit flag burning and to define marriage.

Being somewhat of a purist, I don’t really like to see the Constitution being modified except when necessary. If the Founders thought that drinking (or not drinking) was a Federal issue, I’m pretty sure that they would have said so. The same goes for flag burning and marriage.

Back in the 1980’s and maybe early 1990’s there were calls for a second Constitutional Convention to be held, with different groups proposing different reasons. Now we are seeing a return of these proposals by (I presume) different groups for different stated reasons.

In my humble opinion, this is not a good idea. I say that not only because I don’t want to see the Constitution drastically changed (although a repeal of some Amendments would be great!), but because there is a hidden danger.

Let’s do a quick history review.

In 1786 the country was operating under the Articles of Confederation. The Federal Government was weak and fairly ineffective in solving differences between the states. So a convention was called in Annapolis to determine how to strengthen the Articles. Only a few states showed up, but they agreed that it was necessary to make this happen. So they drafted a proposal that called for them to meet the following year in Philadelphia “to take into consideration the situation of the United States, to devise such further provisions as shall appear to them necessary to render the constitution of the Federal Government adequate to the exigencies of the Union“.

Six states agreed to the meeting, but the others were skeptical because it had not been officially called for by the Confederate Congress. It then authorized: “A Convention of delegates should meet ‘for the sole purpose of revising the articles of Confederation and reporting to Congress and the several legislatures such alterations and provisions therein as shall, when agreed to in Congress and confirmed by the States, render the federal Constitution adequate to the exigencies of government and the preservation of the Union.‘ ” [empahasis added]  Six more states then signed on, and the Convention took place.

But once the Convention started, the doors were locked, the windows shut, and the talk was not of reforming the Articles, but of writing a new Constitution.  Yes, what they came up with was good, but to many historians, they had gone far beyond their authorization.

Now, back to the present.

Once a second Convention is started, it will assuredly be held in secret also.  But the people attending this one won’t be Washington, Madison, and Hamilton.  It will be Kennedy, McCain, and Bush (or substitute three of your own choices).  And the politicians that will vote yea or nay on the adoption of it are the same ones that we’re complaining about already.  Why would we trust them with shredding the only document that still holds our country together and replacing it with who-knows-what?

I strongly believe that convening a second Constitutional Convention is opening a Pandora’s Box.

Research the naturally grown plant Stevia for just one example of how far government and big business will go to keep control of what “the People” can and cannot be privy. If you don’t already know government, big pharma, is trying to take control of vitamin supplements too. So if you think Alex Jones Info Wars is pushing hype about the coming perils to health food store owners, you better check out how farmers are being persecuted for selling pure, unadulterated milk and draw the parallel before dismissing it! Rogue government wants total control! Surely, we couldn’t have “the People” discover (after they’ve so successfully brainwashed and dumbed us down) that there is healing power in nature, foods, vitamins, ya think? Good grief, no! Big pharma can’t make money if people aren’t ill!!

When chocolate (the cocoa bean) was first discovered it was so controlled that only the wealthy could indulge. Despite the bean literally grows on trees access to this delightful and decadent treat was deliberately withheld from the hoi polloi. Stories such as these are as ancient as time and so are true conspiracies. Don’t be fooled into believing they are only “theories”, these conspiracies are very real “truths”.

I’m happy to see this is finally getting more exposure and Daily Kos actually reporting how the state is persecuting the Amish and Mennonite farmers. Every other local farmer will soon also become targets…first they came for the communists…) This is nothing but prohibition on natural products so the state—government can take more than their fair share of revenue. If the People are not very careful they will have nothing left from their products, service and labor. Or are we already past that point with the recent looting from the bailouts?

Everyone who thought “certified” organic was such a great idea? It’s nothing but an excuse for government to take more money and control. I hope everyone who was so excited about government once again acting like their mommy has bought some of these dirty, poor quality and more expensive food items. Personally, I’m damned tired of government’s looting, pirating and inferior service.

Is Obama a natural born citizen?

 

At least before the 2004 presidential administrative term, whoever would have imagined an American citizen, living in the United States, might feel intimidated about expressing their first amendment rights to freedom of speech? In 2006 I was outraged to read stories about people being arrested for expressing disagreement to VP Cheney about his position/policy on the war in Iraq. Today, people are being intimidated by the FBI for simply uttering  Barack “Hussein” Obama’s middle name? How much worse is that?

 

I think to help “the one” overcome his obvious phobia about his middle name he should have used his full name on his campaign yard signs…for that matter, maybe his campaign should go out now and post instead of “yes we can”, “Yes I am” (a citizen) on all those yard signs all over America, so the suspecting public can rest assured in lieu of a bonafide birth certificate, Obama’s assurances that he is Constitutionally qualified to be a candidate for President of the United States of America.

 

The FBI and many other legal entities seem to be working double time in police actions for Obama and we aren’t even at election day yet, where does this power and clout come from to incite such, including Federal intimidation against innocent people? What will this country become under that kind of influence if he were to win the election?

 

I am completely convinced Obama is not constitutionally qualified to be a candidate for President of the United States of America. If the man was eligible, he would provide the proof, post haste. This is going to be the biggest fraud against American’s since the mandatory continuance of the “voluntary” income, and those who are in position to stop this criminal atrocity seem to be ignoring it.

 

God help US all if our lawmakers are completely turning their backs on the supreme law of our nation.

Coincidental timing New Lawsuit requires Obama’s presence in Hawaii: Martin vs Obama “(HONOLULU, HI)(October 18, 2008) The leader of the national anti-Obama movement, legendary Chicago Internet columnist and Obama author Andy Martin, will hold a Honolulu news conference Saturday, October 18 to announce that he has filed a lawsuit in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, Honolulu, seeking to order the Governor and Director of the Hawai’i Department of Health release Barack Obama’s birth records.” October 21, 2008: Martin files an Emergency Petition for Writ of Mandamus with the Supreme Court in Hawaii. Obama’s grandma was ailing earlier this year. Instead of going to visit her, Obama and the family opted to head to the beaches in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. Is this just a coincidence that Obama, who hasn’t visited grandma in well over a year, decides he must rush to her bedside with the Martin legal proceedings heating up? The question of Obama’s eligibility to run for president is a valid, constitutional issue. These lawsuits should be getting mass coverage by all media since it is of the highest concern. Obama’s thugs, the FEC and the DNC have gone to extraordinary lengths to fight Berg’s lawsuit. However, a very important legal date expired October 15, 2008. Obama, et al, did NOT respond to Berg’s ‘Requests for Admissions.’ What is that? A discovery procedure, authorized by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the court rules of many states, in which one party asks an opposing party to admit that certain facts are true. If the opponent admits the facts or fails to respond in a timely manner, the facts will be deemed true for purposes of trial. A request for admission is called a “request to admit” in many states. See: “One of the most serious consequences of failing to respond to requests for admission is that the requests are “deemed admitted,” and you will be unable to dispute those matters at trial. Worse yet, you may never get to trial if those admissions warrant the entry of summary judgment in your opponent’s favor.” Berg filed for a trial on October 21, 2008. The complete details and filings are found on Phil’s web site. Obama has steadfastly refused to supply a verifiable birth certificate. By refusing to answer the ‘Requests for Admissions,’ Obama is admitting the facts alleged in Phil’s lawsuit to be true. What is to be done? The federal judge in this case is on as very hot seat here. If he upholds the law, he must declare Obama NOT eligible to appear on any ballot for the office of president. The question is: Does R. Barclay Surrick have the guts? Surrick is a Clinton appointee. What can we do? If Obama could prove citizenship, he would have done so with ease two months ago. Obama has not produced a ‘vault’ birth certificate. (Short video- 2,457,585 views to date). The copy he provided appears to be a forgery. Two days ago I faxed a short letter to my Secretary of State, our state Attorney General and my county clerk with a copy of Phil’s press release and the legal explanation of defaulting on a requests for admissions. It didn’t take me 15 minutes. I hope you will do the same as soon as possible. If Secretary’s of State in all 50 states get millions of demands that Obama be declared ineligible to be on the ballot, I guarantee you, this will break national news. It’s too late to reprint the ballots and with Judge Surrick sitting on his newly developed hemorrhoids, the states would only be able to use public address announcements and a short statement handed to every voter that a vote for Obama will NOT be counted. A reader emailed me yesterday. He notified his Secretary of State about the eligibility problem and Phil’s lawsuit. The response: It’s not up to the state to determine eligibility. Bull feathers! If Obama knowingly allows himself to be appear on any state ballot when he knows he is ineligible, he is committing fraud on the state. The state has a responsibility to make sure only eligible candidates appear on the ballot. Are we going to allow another election to be stolen by this cheap Chicago hustler? This isn’t about race, it’s about the U.S. Constitution. Phil’s web site has received more than 50 MILLION hits. If only 10% of everyone who has read about his lawsuit does what I suggest above, we will drown these elected officials into getting off their corrupt backsides and doing what is right. When they get enough of these faxes, you can bet they will be on the phone in a heart beat to their lawyers, i.e., the state Attorney General. This takes man power on the ground. Phil Berg has taken this on with little money. We need to back up his efforts. Make it happen. Either the law means something in this country or it doesn’t. Don’t use email. Fax a hard copy to your Secretary of State, Attorney General and county clerk. There’s also the matter of Martin’s emergency writ in Hawaii in their supreme court. Due to the time constraints and urgency of the matter, that court should move sooner rather than later. Law enforcement are gearing up for riots, something a whole lot of us have been aware of for some time. Why? Because a mulatto might be elected (via vote fraud) and if he isn’t, violence is possible”…in cities with large black populations.” In other words, if one particular race of voters don’t get their choice, they might burn their own neighborhoods, or yours, to the ground. I sincerely pray none of this materializes, but people should be aware in the event a worst case scenario unfolds.
